This two-layer Gore-Tex jacket protects against everything from blinding snow and hellish hail to freak rainstorms, and it's built tough, so it'll hold up to abuse from rocky terrain and hidden branches.
The waterproof, breathable Gore-Tex fabric shields you from the elements while simultaneously allowing vapor to escape, so you don't get drenched with sweat on the inside. The systematically mapped lining, fully taped seams, and water-resistant YKK zippers prevent moisture from seeping in through the cracks. The AK fit features engineered articulation that allows it to move naturally with your body for unrestricted mobility and it allows room to layer underneath without being baggy or bulky.
Ample ventilation opportunities let you dump heat when you're huffing it to the peak, and the contoured hood with a micro-adjust cinch shields your head from the storm when the weather suddenly turns on you. A removable stretch powder skirt with jacket-to-pant interface allows you to link up to your Burton pants to keep snow out on when nature rewards you with the deep stuff.
